The first step of working together is going through the Habit Finder Assessment that helps uncover your current habits, energy levels, and areas of strain. This gives us insight into what’s supporting you and what may be quietly holding you back.

Connect on a Discovery Call

Next, we meet for a free, 30-minute discovery call to talk through your goals, your season of life, and the risks or patterns highlighted in your assessment. This is a safe, unhurried conversation to understand where you are and where you feel God may be calling you.

Create Your Path Forward

Based on your assessment and our conversation, we determine the best path forward together. This may include nutrition support, life coaching, or a blended approach - always centered on sustainability, faith, and your overall well-being.

Begin Coaching Sessions

We schedule your nutrition session, life coaching session, or a combination of both. From there, we move forward with clear guidance, ongoing encouragement, and a plan that supports your body, your faith, and your purpose.
